A variety of full and part-time positions are available to start
immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience. There is
no cost to the candidate for placement through our agency.

Step 1: Contact Us
We will need to know:
- Your child care experience
- Whether you are looking for a full or part-time position
- When you would be available to start
- What your salary expectations are
Step 2: Interview
We will set up an interview with you in our office. You will
need to bring copies of your diplomas, certification, license,
proof of automobile insurance and CPR certification with you
to the interview. During the interview, we will try to discover
your ideal position so we can find it for you.
Step 3: Psychological Testing
Two psychological test instruments will be administered by
a psychologist in our office. These tests will take you about
an hour to complete.
Step 4: Reference Check
We will contact your employment and character references. Please
provide references who have recent knowledge of your childcare
abilities and are readily accessible.
Step 5: Family Interview
You will interview directly with families.
Step 6: Hiring
Hiring is contingent on successfully completing the screening
process, including background checks and drug testing.
